The Cavalry is Coming Glen Rock Express

Ride an authentic 1860’s steam engine starting in and returing to New Freedom. The train takes a ten mile round trip to Glen Rock and back. Be sure to keep an eye out for some Confederate soldiers that are camped in the area! General Lee and his wife will be on the train while Confederate soldiers try to take them over.
Warning – this train ride includes guns and loud noises!
This is the last train ride before the ball. Ride the rails and then travel up the hill to the Civil War Ball for an evening of dancing, food, drinks and merriment.
