Northern Central Railway has a strong commitment to the health, safety and welfare of its employees, volunteers, neighbors and patrons. In an effort to promote safety and wellness Northern Central Railway establishes that all of its facilities shall be tobacco and drug free. In carrying out that policy, the unauthorized use, possession, consumption, purchase, sale or distribution of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products or related paraphernalia, is strictly prohibited on or about any of the property or facilities owned, operated, leased or under the control of Northern Central Railway.

The policy shall extend to the use, possession, purchase and sale of vapor cigarettes or any other similar tobacco substitute. Any person or person violating this policy may be refused admission or, if admitted, may be asked to leave the premises immediately at the discretion and direction of Railroad Management, without refund of any fares or fees. This policy shall equally apply to any person or persons who are, or appear to be, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Pets are not allowed on the train with the exception of service dogs wearing the appropriate vests.
